Please make sure you observe this Holy Season in some way such as
through weekday Mass, stations of the cross, exposition, abstinence from
food or other lawful pleasure., fasting on Wednesdays and Fridays, any
work of charity or act of mercy, endurance of trials or perseverance in
tribulations. It is in these ways that we work out our salvation, which
the Son of God won for us through his Sacred Passion, Death and
Resurrection.
