Played before the Gloria on Holy Saturday (at the Easter Vigil) the Gloria is intoned. This is followed by the sounding of bells and a loud playing of the organ for about 30 - 45 seconds. Mary is playing the organ and the bells are being rung by members of the choir and the altar servers.
