I talked to Joe Kueppers (Chancellor for Civil Affairs for the Archdiocese) yesterday. He confirmed that that the church as been sold to Muslims. I talked to him about the Cross and other things that were in the dumpsters. He told me that there was nothing he could do. Mike Lent was in charge of this and he could not talk to him about this. I met Joe in 2000 when I brought St Michael's Academy to St Johns. He has done other work for me until he went to the Archdiocese. He also told me that the Church has been unblessed (don't remember the word he used.)
